Spend afternoons playing at the playground, exploring the water playscape, relaxing under the pavilions, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing at Brushy Creek Lake Park. There’s also a skate park for those who have skateboarders in the house.

As a bonus, residents in the Cedar Park Town Center are a part of one of the best school districts in Texas, the Leander ISD. The assigned schools for the community are Giddens Elementary School, Stiles Middle School, and Rouse High School.
