Berry Creek and Old Town District are the most expensive neighborhoods, with median listing prices ranging from $597,500 to $614,500. That puts 23 different neighborhoods right in the middle of the median!

Recent information from the City of Georgetown website shows that Georgetown’s current property tax rate is 40.1 cents per $100 valuation. This property tax rate is among the lowest of all cities in the Austin area, with a population greater than 20,000. The City Council also increased the homestead exemption for 2022 to provide additional taxpayer relief.
